Before Your Session
🌿 Arrive 5 mins early
I’ll be in session before yours and may not reply to messages.
Please come in through the bank entrance of the building and wait in the waiting room.
There’s plenty of parking onsite.
🌿 Wear comfortable clothing
Loose pants or clothing that allows movement will support the flow for both of us.
🌿 Drink water
Begin hydrating well- water helps your body start to release and prepare
After Your Session
🌿 Keep the day after clear
If possible, avoid commitments. Your body will still be processing. Go slow.
🌿 Drink plenty of water
Continue to hydrate deeply — this helps flush and move what’s been shifted.
🌿 Nurture yourself with Kai
Bring a snack- eating grounds you.
🌿 You may feel emotional or tired
This is normal. Rest, breathe, and spend time in nature if you can.
🌿 Hold off on big decisions
Let the insights settle before making any major choices — give it a day or two if you can.
